CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to contract with Vessco, Inc. for the sole source purchase of four (4) actuators, payable from 510-500-1955-5404 (water, public works and utilities, water treatment and pumping, equipment/machinery repair & mtc).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the sole source purchase of four (4) actuators for a total amount of $68,049.40.
The purchase will complete a project to standardize actuators in the water treatment plant to ease operation maintenance. The actuators are proprietary and manufactured only by Rotork whose regional representative is Vessco, Inc.
