CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement with TKDA for additional engineering design services for Devonshire Street Reconstruction project, from Atlantic Avenue westerly, and Lincoln Park Safe Routes to School Improvements project for an increase of $20,307.26 and a new total amount not to exceed $76,007.26 payable from fund 411-035-5530, PI2022-2101 (permanent improvement, Capital Projects Accounts, improvements other that buildings, permanent improvement Projects, Devonshire Reconstruction).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to the agreement with TKDA for additional design, surveying and staking services for Devonshire Street Reconstruction, from Atlantic Ave westerly, and Lincoln Park Safe Routes to School Improvements project for an increase of $20,307.26 and a new total amount not to exceed $76,007.26. These additional services are necessary to address issues related to additional work required for legal descriptions, resolving watermain design issues, proposed turnaround revisions, and an additional staking plan.
