RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT L30489 WITH SAS+ASSOCIATES, INC. TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY HALL GROUNDS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR AN INCREASE OF $12,338.75 AND A NEW TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $54,258.75.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to agreement L30489 with SAS+Associates, Inc. to include additional construction administration services for the City Hall grounds improvements project as detailed in the attached proposal as Exhibit A, and to increase the amount by $12,338.75 for a new total of $54,258.75, payable from fund 450-030-5535-CP2022-2203B (capital improvements, finance, non-capital improvements, 2022 capital improvement projects, City Hall Grounds).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30489 with SAS+Associates, Inc. for an increase of $12,338.75. The increase is necessary as a result of increases and changes to project scope and additional on-site meetings and construction administration services.
