CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of demolition of condemned structures pursuant to Duluth Legislative Code Section 10-3 at the following locations, is hereby confirmed:

The total assessable amount of the project (Contract # 2016011 - Fund 110) is $124,930.33. If not paid in full, the assessments will be amortized over ten years at 3.17 percent interest.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessable portion of the above-related projects pursuant to Duluth Legislative Code Section 10-3 and sets the interest rate for these projects at 3.17 percent.
