CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30274 with TKDA for professional engineering services for the 2020 Street Preservation project be amended to include additional design and construction inspection services for the 2021 Street Preservation project, which were not included in the scope of the original contract, and to increase the amount by $218,500 for a new total of $424,700. This is payable out of Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Public Works & Utilities), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1693.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30164 with TKDA in the amount of $218,500. This amendment is necessary due to the change in scope of services, adding design and construction inspection services for the 2021 Street Preservation project.
Payable out of Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Public Works & Utilities), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1693, requisition no. 20-99000XXX.
