CITY PROPOSAL:

                      RESOLVED, that the Duluth Economic Development Authority (“DEDA”) operating fund, TIF assistance fund, and capital projects fund budgets for the year 2025 attached in Exhibit A are hereby approved.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution adopts the various DEDA budgets for fiscal year 2025. The DEDA adopted the DEDA budgets at its November 20^th, 2024 meeting.
