CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for project no. 069-603-015 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the construction of County State Aid Highway 3 (Becks Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project, have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to make mill and overlay improvements on Becks Road from Trunk Highway 23 (Commonwealth Avenue) to 1 1/2 miles west of Trunk Highway 23. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans.
