CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute the second amendment to the grant contract agreement with the US Environmental Protection Agency (City Contract No. C23954), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, extending the term of the agreement to December 31, 2024.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to the grant contract agreement with the US Environmental Protection Agency (City Contract No. C23954) to extend the term of the agreement to December 31, 2024. The first amendment to the contract extended the term of the agreement and an additional extension is necessary to complete the project.
