CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Parsons Electric for the City Hall Grounds improvements for a total amount not to exceed $765,725.00, payable from fund 450-030-5535-CP2022-2203B (capital improvements, finance, non-capital improvements, 2022 capital improvement projects, City Hall Grounds).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Parsons Electric for the City Hall Grounds improvements for an amount not to exceed $765,725.00.
This project includes the renewal and enhancement of parking surfaces and accessible walkways, structural repairs to the retaining walls and staircases around the building, the addition of drainage routes along the grounds, landscaping features to simplify maintenance, and the installation of electric vehicle charging stations.
Purchasing issued an Invitation to Bid on August 16th, 2022 and received one bid as listed below. Parsons Electric submitted the lowest responsive bid.
