RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT TO THE IRVING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves of the Minnesota gambling control board issuing a premises permit to the following organizations.
Licensee Gambling Sites
Irving Community Association Green Mill Restaurant
340 South Lake Avenue
Duluth, MN 55802
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Minnesota gambling control board immediately after its passage.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of the Irving Community Association was reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling, and Tobacco Commission at their July 3, 2024 meeting, subject to all departmental approvals and the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.
