RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, levied for the reconstruction of Superior St from approximately 350 feet west of Sixth Avenue West to approximately 100 feet east of Fourth Avenue East is hereby confirmed and interest rate for this contract set at 4.78 percent:
The total assessable amount of this project (Contract 2017004 - Fund 440) is $387,300.00
