CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend an agreement with Urban Ecosystems Landscape Architects for professional landscape architectural services for final design and construction administration of the Marten Trail pause areas, in the amount of $49,996 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $65,446, as proposed in Exhibit A, payable from 452-030-5530, HANDHTAX-1501-04 (tourism & recreational projects, Finance, improvements other than buildings, half & half tax projects, Waabizheshikana Trail, Seg 0-3: 63rd Ave W to Boathouse Pt).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to a professional landscape architectural services agreement with Urban Ecosystems Landscape Architects to prepare the final design and provide construction administration oversite for the construction of three Marten Trail Pause Areas. The cost of the contract will be paid for by a grant from the National Park Service.
