CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into contract with Minnesota Power for electrical service upgrades to the Chester Bowl Chalet currently under construction in the amount of $109,373.00, payable from fund 205-130-1220-5520-CM205-CHSTER-MMPIMP (Parks Fund, Community Resources, Parks Capital, Buildings & Structures, Capital Maintenance Fund 205, Chester Park, Chester Park Mini Master Plan Implementation).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to enter into a contract with Minnesota Power for electrical service upgrades to the Chester Bowl Chalet in the amount of $109,373.00. Funding for the project is sourced from an Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund grant and contributions from Chester Bowl Improvement Club’s fundraising for reconstruction of the chalet.
