CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Zenith Trail Contracting LLC for the Spirit Mountain Downhill Bike Trail project for a total amount not to exceed $192,759.00, payable from fund 452-030-5530-HANDHTAX-1506 (tourism & recreational projects, finance, improvements other than buildings, half & half tax projects, Nordic - Lower Spirit).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Zenith Trail Contracting LLC for the Spirit Mountain Downhill Bike Trail project for an amount not to exceed $192,759.00.
This project will build a new downhill mountain bike jump trail at the Spirit Mountain Recreation Area paid for by a State of Minnesota Legacy Parks and Trails grant.
Purchasing issued an Invitation to Bid on November 21st, 2023 and received two bids as listed below. Zenith Trail Contracting submitted the lowest responsive bid.
