RESOLVED, that the appointment of Grant Prentice, to the Seaway Port Authority, confirmed by Duluth City Council, for a term expiring on October 10, 2030, is hereby confirmed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the appointment of Grant Prentice to the Seaway Port Authority. Grant interviewed with the Duluth City Council on June 20, 2024.
