RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE AND TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF THE ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
The Lake Effect Inc. (Lake Avenue Restaurant & Bar) 394 S. Lake Avenue, for June 21st and 22nd for Grandma’s Marathon.
