CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute a deer management service agreement with the Arrowhead Bowhunters Alliance, Inc., substantially in the form of attached Exhibit 1.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution approves a new deer management service agreement with the Arrowhead Bowhunters Alliance. This agreement provides that the Arrowhead Bowhunter’s Alliance (“ABA”) will manage the annual city deer hunt in 2021 for a cost to the city not to exceed the revenues from the registration fees. The ABA has managed the hunt since 2005. The term of the contract is one year with options to renew for three additional years.
