CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from Spirit Valley Land Company, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, a perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the real property legally described on Exhibit A attached to Exhibit 1 and depicted on Exhibit B attached to Exhibit 1, at no cost to the City.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for street and utility purposes from Spirit Valley Land Company, LLC (“Spirit Valley”) over, under, and across certain property in the plat of Kayak Bay, at no cost to the City. This utility easement is needed for public utilities (water and sewer mains) for a housing project within the River West development.
