CITY PROPOSAL:

                     RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an amendment to agreement L30741, substantially in the form of attached Exhibit A, with Duluth & North Shore Railroad dba. North Shore Scenic Railroad/Lake Superior Railroad Museum to include nine drone light shows on December 8^th and 9^th for an amount of $12,000 for a new total of $62,000.00 payable from fund 258-030-5436-12; (tourism taxes, Finance, tourism tax allocations, miscellaneous)

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution amends the current agreement with Duluth & North Shore Railroad dba. North Shore Scenic Railroad/ Lake Superior Railroad Museum, which supports their tourism, community involvement, educational and promotional activities. The proposed amendment would allocate an additional $12,000.00 in support of a series of nine drone light shows over Lake Superior on December 8^th and 9^th, in connection with the Christmas City Express Trains.
