RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A ONE DAY OFF SITE GAMBLING PERMIT TO PIEDMONT HEIGHTS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION.

Body

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council hereby approves of the Minnesota gambling control board issuing a one day off site gambling permit to the following organization;

                     RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Minnesota gambling control board immediately after its passage.

                                          Piedmont Heights Hockey Association, 2302 West 23^rd Street, on February 6, 2016.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Piedmont Heights Hockey Association was reviewed by the police department and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission.
