RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Cyclists of Gitchee Gumee Shores (Duluth Enduro Series) for:
- June 4 at Lester Park, 61 Lester River Road;
- June 18 at Spirit Mountain Recreation Area, 8551 Grand Avenue;
- July 2 at Brewer Park;
- July 30 at Piedmont Park, 2226 Hutchinson Road;
- August 8 at Lester Park, 61 Lester River Road; and
- August 20 at Spirit Mountain Recreation Area, 8551 Grand Avenue;
Marshall School (Reunion) for July 12 at 1215 Rice Lake Road;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for temporary on-sale liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 1 meeting.
