CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to amend agreement L31293 with Northland Consulting Engineers, LLP, for engineering services for the Ideal Street Reconstruction project to include professional engineering services through project bidding and to increase the amount by $128,060.00 for a new total of $187,620.00, payable from fund 440-038-5530, SIP2025-2340 (street improvement program, Special Assessment Contracts, improvements other than buildings, 2025 street improvement projects, Ideal Street Reconstruction), City Project no. 2340.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L31293 with Northland Consulting Engineers, LLP, by the amount of $128,060.00 to add professional engineering services through bidding for the reconstruction of Ideal Street from Eklund Ave to Swan Lake Road. City sales tax funds and utility funds will be used for the design and construction of the project.
