CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the city administrator, upon the direction of the mayor, has recommended the appointment of Erik Birkeland to the position of director, property, parks and libraries; and
WHEREAS the City Charter requires the city council confirm this appointment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council hereby confirms the appointment of Erik Birkeland to the position of director, property, parks and libraries for the city of Duluth
