CITY PROPOSAL:                      

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with KTM Paving, Inc. for the Park Point Storm Sewer Upgrades project in the amount of $288,539.50, payable from Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no.1952.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This project will involve adding new storm sewer pipes to address sump pump discharges to the gutter.  This resolution will authorize the Park Point Storm Sewer Upgrades project by KTM Paving, Inc. in the amount of $288,539.50, payable from Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department 500 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1952, requisition no. 21-99000422.
