CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized enter into a three-year agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc, substantially in the form of the attached "Exhibit A", for Geographical Information System Licensing, support and maintenance for the total amount of $180,900 and a yearly estimated amount of $60,300.00, payable from the following funds.

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the City to enter into a three-year Enterprise Level Agreement (ELA) with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) for the purposes of centralized enterprise level Geographical Information System (GIS) licensing, support and maintenance for the total amount of $180,900 and an estimated yearly amount of $60,300.00.
