RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF THE ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE OF VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
AVI, LLC (Boat Club Restaurant & Bar) for March 29, 2024, at 600 East Superior Street;
Lemon’s Reef, Inc. (Reef Bar) for May 4, 2024, at 2002 London Road;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for temporary expansions of on sale intoxicating liquor licenses were reviewed by the police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling & Tobacco Commission at their meeting on March 6, 2024, subject to departmental approvals.
