Tyler Technologies My Civic is a customizable mobile app that is built to connect City departments with residents. My Civic is a hosted software system that is a mobile app for citizens for interacting with the City. The app will allow reporting of street damage (potholes), snow and ice problems, stormwater or drainage problems and water and sewer problems, as well as other complaints. It will have useful tools for the public like a park locator and active road closure and road construction maps.  This app can integrate with most websites and software packages that the public may find interest in as well as allow interaction with City services. We are receiving this service from Tyler Technologies as there are integrations with other Tyler products that the City uses which will allow for efficiencies of data integration for several business units across the city. This will replace our current Resident Problem Reporter.
