CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to amend agreement L30203 with Toole Design Group, LLC, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, to include additional final design services for the temporary relocation of the Cross City Trail for an increase in the amount of $13,117 and a new total amount not to exceed $94,757, with $53,117 payable from Fund 205-130-1220-5319 (Parks Fund; Community Resources; Parks Capital: Other Professional Services), and $41,640 payable from Fund 411-035-5531 Project PI2019-1596 (Permanent Improvement; Capital Project Accounts; Improvements Other than Buildings), Cross City Temporary Bike Trail, city project no. 1596.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a third amendment to agreement L30203 with Toole Design Group, LLC to include additional final design services for the temporary relocation of the Cross City Trail for an increase in the amount of $13,117 and a new total amount not to exceed $94,757.
This amendment covers additional design engineering work required to split the project into multiple packages to accommodate work being performed by city forces and other entities, and for signal plans developed for the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Superior Street.
