CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a first amendment to the employment contract (city contract no. 24406) with Michael Ceyonwa, substantially in the form of the attached Document A, approving new salary and fringe benefits.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a first amendment to the employment contract with Police Chief Michael Ceynowa increasing his salary to an annual rate of $207,489.60 and increasing his fringe benefits.
