CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on-sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
Dubh Linn, Inc. (Dubh Linn Pub) at 109 W Superior Street for July 10 & 13, 2024
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary expansions of the designated serving areas associated with various on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling & Tobacco Commission at their meeting on June 5, 2024, subject to departmental approvals.
