CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to agreement L30587 with SAS + Associates to include construction administration services as detailed in the attached proposal as Exhibit A, for an increase of $40,975.00 and a new total amount not to exceed $154,445.00, payable from fund 503-400-RENO-5530-ENGRRENO-PHASE1 (golf, parks and recreation, Enger renovation, improvements other than buildings, Enger golf course renovation, Enger golf course renovation phase 1).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30587 with SAS + Associates for an increase of $40,975.00. The construction administration services to be provided include site inspections, producing as-built plans, providing documentation, leading project meetings, coordinating walkthroughs, and tracking final punch list items.
The additional cost will be funded with a portion of prior year Golf Fund profits and a portion of the $5.5 million Council-authorized investment in the Phase I Enger Golf irrigation system replacement project.
