RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:

 

                     Minnesota Craft Brewer’s Build (All Pints North) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for July 29, 2023 at Bayfront Festival Park, 350 Harbor Drive;

 

                     Downtown Duluth (38th Annual Meeting & Celebration) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for April 18, 2023 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, 350 Harbor Drive;

 

                     Grandma’s Marathon-Duluth, Inc. (Grandma’s Marathon) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for June 16-17, 2023 at Bayfront Festival Park, 350 Harbor Drive;

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  These applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license were reviewed by the Duluth police department and are recommended for approval.
