RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY LICENSE RENEWAL OF DULUTH WOMAN'S CLUB FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING APRIL 1, 2016, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2017.
CITY PROPOSAL
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the issuance of the following consumption and display license, subject to departmental approvals without any further restrictions:
Duluth Woman’s Club, 2400 East Superior Street, for the period beginning April 1, 2016 and ending March 31, 2017, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes as provided in attachment A.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of the Duluth Woman’s Club for a renewal of the consumption and display license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their March 2nd meeting and is recommending approval.
