CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for project S.A.P. 069-654-006 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the construction of County State Aid Highway 54 (Piedmont Avenue) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project, to be constructed in 2023, within the city limits to make road improvements on Piedmont Avenue from Chambersburg Avenue to Haines Road. This project includes resurfacing, ADA pedestrian improvements, storm sewer repair, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalks. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans.
