CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute and implement an agreement substantially in the form of the attached and accept funds not to exceed $2,500 from the federal reserve bank of Minneapolis to support the coordination of up to two focus groups with lower to moderate income households in 2025 or 2026. Monies received under this agreement will be deposited in and paid from Fund 268 (workforce development), Agency 031 (grants division), Organization 6255 (general).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes proper city officials to enter into an agreement and accept funds in an amount not to exceed $2,500 with the federal reserve bank of Minneapolis. Funds will be used to support the coordination of up to two focus groups of lower to moderate income households regarding the impact of inflation on low-moderate income families as outlined in Exhibit A of the agreement. This agreement covers the period of August 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026. Monies received under this agreement will be deposited in Fund 268 (workforce development), Agency 031 (grants division), Organization 6255 (general). This request is budgeted through Workforce Development grant funds and is operational in nature.
