CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend and extend agreement C22495, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, with SAS + Associates for additional professional services for Hartley Park trail, boardwalk and parking improvements, for an additional amount of $5,917.50, for a total amount not to exceed $41,227.50, payable from 205-130-1220-5530, CM205-Hartly (Parks Fund; Community Resources; Parks Capital; Improvements Other than Buildings; Capital Mtce Fund 205, Hartley).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment and extension to agreement C22495 with SAS + Associates for professional services for Hartley Park trail, boardwalk, and parking improvements for an additional amount of $5,917.50 for a total amount not to exceed $41,227.50. The additional costs are due to additional construction administration, observation and inspection services for improvements to four Hartley parking areas. The additional services are required due to the wetter than usual construction season, base material remediation and other unforeseen conditions.
The amended SAS + Associates proposal is attached as Exhibit B.
