CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, attached hereto as Attachment 1, with Bigos-Lenox Place, LLC, for a temporary construction easement, access easement and construction easement agreement, at no cost to the city, with the temporary construction easement and temporary access easement to expire on December 31, 2020.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the city to accept a temporary construction and access easement and construction easement agreement with Bigos-Lenox Place, LLC. This agreement is necessary to complete the work for the Superior Street reconstruction project, city project no. 0923TR.
