CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc., based on the proposal attached as Exhibit A, to provide professional engineering design services for the Cross City Trail Phase 6 Project, payable out of Capital Improvement Fund 450, Department/Agency 030, Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 2375, S.P. 118-090-030.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc, for professional engineering design services for the construction of the Cross City Trail Phase 6 project which will extend the Cross City Trail from Redruth Street to Freemont Street. Funds from Capital Improvement Fund 450 will be used for the design of the project.
