RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE COMBINATION WINE & BEER LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale combination wine & beer licenses for the period ending August 31, 2022, subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval by the Liquor Control Commissioner:

 

 

                     Hungry Hippie Tacos, LLC (Hungry Hippie Tacos), 1810 West Superior Street,

 

                     Zen House, Inc. (Zen House), 4023 Woodland Avenue

                                          

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their March 2, 2022 meeting and recommended approving the application, subject to departmental approvals.
