CITY PROPOSAL:

 

RESOLVED, that the following applications submitted to the City Clerk’s office and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling, and Tobacco Commission on September 2, 2026, are hereby approved.

 

Duluth Cider - Temporary Expansion - 2307 W Superior St

 

Elite Food & Beverage - New On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor - 4510 W 1st St.

 

Masa Japanese Steak House - New On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor - 4929 Decker Rd.

 

Wick Inc. - Liquor License Transfer - 508 E Superior St.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This Resolution approves one Temporary Expansion, two New On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor, and one Transfer of Liquor License.
