CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves  issuance of the following on sale wine license and issues a 3.2 percent malt liquor license for the periods ending August 31, 2017, and April 30, 2017, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner:

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their December meeting and the application was unanimously approved by the commission.
