CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to accept ballistic vest reimbursements from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance in an amount not to exceed $32,926.02 to be deposited in Fund 110-160-1610-4209-02 (General Fund Police Department, Administration & Investigation, Federal Operating Grants), per the attached Document A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to accept reimbursement of Police Department ballistic vest purchases in an amount not to exceed $32,926.02 from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the reimbursement of police department ballistic vest purchases.
