RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL TUSKEN AS POLICE CHIEF FOR THE CITY OF DULUTH.

CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the chief administrative officer upon the direction of the mayor has recommended the appointment of Michael Tusken to the position of police chief; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the city council confirm this appointment.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council hereby confirms the appointment of Michael Tusken to the position of police chief for the city of Duluth.
