CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a three-year professional services agreement with CR-Building Performance Specialist Inc. for facility strategic planning services and utility tracking & energy manager support for an estimated annual amount of $50,000 and a total contract amount not to exceed $150,000, payable from 257-025-5319 (energy management, sustainability, other professional services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a three-year professional services agreement with CR-Building Performance Specialist Inc. for facility strategic planning services and utility tracking & energy manager support for an estimated annual amount of $50,000 and a total not to exceed $150,000.
The purpose of this contract is to secure professional services to continue to assist with strategic planning services to support the development of short- and long-term facility planning strategies, along with updating and maintaining Energy Manager (EM) utility tracking software.
The proposal from CR-BPS for this agreement is attached in Exhibit A.
