RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS LICENSEES

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Cyclists of Gitchee Gumee Shores (COGGS Gala) for March 8, 2025, at 425 S. Lake Ave.;
Minnesota Juvenile Officers Association (MNJOA Conference) for June 10, 2025, at 200 West First Street;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for temporary on-sale liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their regular meeting on February 5, 2025.
