CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, which is levied to collect delinquent solid waste collection fees owed totaling $426,663.92 for the period of March 1, 2022, to June 1, 2023, as provided for in Chapter 24 of the City Charter, is hereby confirmed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms assessments for delinquent solid waste collection fees owed totaling $426,663.92 for the period of March 1, 2022, to June 1, 2023.
