CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept permanent easements for street and utility purposes as described on the Easement Agreement attached as Exhibit A from Wells Fargo Bank (NA), a national banking association, Grantor, over that part of Lot 1, Block 9, FARRELL AND CULVER'S ADDITION TO KENWOOD described below:

All that part of Lot One (1), Block Nine (9), FARRELL & CULVER'S ADDITION TO KENWOOD, lying southwesterly of Line "A" hereinafter described and northeasterly of Line "B" hereinafter described. Said Line "B" being the same line described in Roadway Easement Document Number 610858 as recorded in the Office of Registrar of Titles, St. Louis County, Minnesota.

LINE "A"
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1, thence easterly along the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of 34.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the line to be described; thence northwesterly to a point on the west line of said Lot 1, distant 34.50 feet northerly of said southwest corner and said line there terminating.
LINE "B"
Beginning at a point on the easterly right of way line of Kenwood Avenue 53.00 feet north of the centerline of Arrowhead Road; thence southeasterly to a point on the northerly right of way line of Arrowhead Road 53.00 feet east of the centerline of Kenwood Avenue and said line there terminating.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a temporary easement as described on the Easement Agreement attached as Exhibit A for street construction purposes from Grantor over that portion of Lot 1, Block 9, FARRELL AND CULVER'S ADDITION TO KENWOOD, described as:
