CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for S.A.P. 069-691-033 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections of the construction of County State Aid Highway 91 (Haines Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to make road improvements on Haines Road from Morris Thomas Road to Airport Road. This project includes milling and bituminous surfacing, ADA pedestrian improvements, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans.
