RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH ST. LOUIS COUNTY TO ASSIST WITH THE COST TO COMPLETE A FACILTIES CONDITIONS ASSESSMENT (FCA) STUDY AT THE DECC.

CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the city requested grant funds from St. Louis County to assist in funding the FCA,
WHEREAS, St. Louis County approved a financial contribution to the City to assist in funding the FCA,
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into an agreement substantially in the form of the attached hereto as Exhibit A, with St. Louis County with said funds to be deposited into fund 210-030-3216-4260 (special projects, finance, DECC FCA, St. Louis County)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The City previously authorized the request of $75,000 in funds from St. Louis County for the DECC facility conditions assessment. This resolution authorizes the execution of an agreement for those funds.
