CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to amend agreement L31240 with SEH Inc., for engineering services for the 2026 street preservation project, Project No. 2317 to increase the amount by $23,800 for a new total not to exceed $223,775.00, payable from 440-038-5530, SIP2026-2317 (street improvement program, special assessment contracts, improvements other than buildings; 2026 street improvement projects, preliminary engineering and geotechnical testing services).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to contract L31240 with SEH in the amount of $23,800.  This amendment is necessary to add design, survey and geotechnical investigation to add four blocks of Wadena Street, from Mike Colalillo Drive to 54th Ave W, to the 2026 street preservation project, Project No. 2317.
